Do you require upfront payment?
No, we believe in transparency and refer you to a couple of banks we work with that offer construction loans; giving you the best and most affordable options to finance. The bank pays our subcontractors upon completion of city and bank inspections. Our job is to ensure everything meets code and city inspections providing a smooth seamless timeframe. We have multiple beautiful wooded lots in the $25K range.
